Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager in Beverly Hills, California. This position focuses on project management, including team coordination, event planning, and basic accounting. Ideal for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills, this role plays a key part in keeping our team running smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Project Management: Oversee management sheets, track progress, and delegate tasks for both company-wide and individual projects
  • Company Management Book: Facilitate updates and ensure consistency
  • Vendor Coordination: Track KPIs, provide direction, and schedule meetings with external vendors
  • Event Management: Track progress, provide direction, and delegate tasks for event-specific projects


Management Tasks:

  • Oversee financial management (invoices, reimbursements, bank transactions, etc.), general accounting functions, and payroll processes
  • Provide basic internal IT support (Google Workplace, Shopify)
  • Manage jewelry inventory
  • Plan, prepare, and promote events
  • Provide after-event follow-up (home parties and retail store events)


General Clerical Tasks:

  • Handle phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office supplies and facility operations
  • Prepare documents using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.


Interpretation and Translation Tasks:

  • Provide Japanese-English interpretation during outside and internal meetings, both in-person and online
  • Translate internal documents and contracts with clients


Import/Export Tasks:

  • Handle payment of customs duties
  • Communicate with shipping companies


Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate schedules with the executive team
  • Arrange meals and travel (flights, restaurants, hotels, etc.) for executives


Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have native proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Must have experience in business interpretation and office work
  • Experience in team leadership, project management, and accounting is a plus
