About Therole
The
Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing business development activities, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and controlling delinquency. You will lead a motivated sales team, ensure timely loan processing, and establish strong relationships with customers. Your goal will be to run the branch as a profit center while maintaining high-quality customer service.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience : 3-5 years ofteam handling experiencein the Affordable LAP Segment/Mortgage sector/LAP/School funding would be preferred.
- Location : Candidate must be a localite to Pune.
- Skills : Rich experiencein openmarket sourcing, and connectorssegment.
- Key Qualities : Ability to drive business growth, manage a team, and develop customer relationships.
