Summary

At CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCCESS S.A.S. we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join us in our team. If you are an organized and passionate professional about Quality Analisys processes, this is the opportunity you're waiting for.

As Quality Analyst , you will be responsable of monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement in processes and training programs.

What do you need to be part of this team:

At least a technical or technological degree or sixth semester of a professional degree.

At least 1 year of working experiencie in similar roles

English B2+/C1

Job Conditions

Indefinite term contract

Salary: $3'000.000 + Comission up to $390.000

42 hours per week (2 days off per week)

Schedule: Sunday to sunday 7:00am to 3:00am.

100% on site: Bogotá - Chapinero
