Serves as a technical expert on solutions developed on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM and Java, Roles in this function require broad and deep technical knowledge on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM, JAVA, Banking and Insurance Processes. Customer facing. Works closely with the Project Lead, Project Manager, Scrum master, Scrum team members, Product managers as well as other Business and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment of the Project deliverables. Highly motivated, disciplined and self-directed with a commitment to excellence Engage with clients, prospects and business partners to understand workflows and client needs and transform those requirements into an implemented automated business process Facilitate process design sessions Analyze business processes and document current and recommended future state Work closely with business and technology partners to ensure a clear translation from business to systems requirements Mandatory work experience within an agile practice as a member of a multi-discipline team Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of experience in design and development of complex IBM BPM, ECM and Java based solutions Must understanding of Software Engineering, Object Oriented Design principals and development Preferred with experience is delivering solutions in Insurance domain. Ability to work with multiple project delivery teams across Fidelity business units and external clients Experience with full software development life cycle Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies and Spring boot Strong knowledge on HTML, JQuery, CSS, JavaScript and UI framework Very Strong knowledge of SQL and Databases (DB2/PostgreSQL/Oracle). Solid experience in Spring & Hibernate Good Experience developing SOAP & REST services in Java Understanding including micro services architecture Knowledge of common browser developer tools and performance tuning techniques Knowledge of Java Build Systems and tools including Maven, Gradle, Ant etc Expert knowledge with source control software, e.g. Git, SVN etc Experience building high availability multi-threaded Java applications Experience using DevOps tools, e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, SONAR etc. is a Plus Understanding on reporting tools QlikView, Power BI is a plus Understanding on JBPM tools is a plus BAW verison 19.0.0.3 hands on is a plus Database technologies – RDBMS or NoSQL Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business and technical Roles & Responsibilities: Design, Develop and Test process automation in IBM BPM(BAW) and Java to deliver complex business requirements. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Business users to analyze business requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for BPM implementations Decompose requirements into stories and tasks Create technical specifications, test execution plan and test cases to cover end to end functionality Hands-on with business process improvements or business process re-engineering projects Working knowledge of Agile methodology Planning, facilitation, dependency management, technical risk management & analysis skills Drive client calls/communication and support client services in technical needs Compile technical RCA (root cause analysis) reports on quality issues. Document Standard Project documents. Estimate new project effort and timeline Review new proposal solutions and technical assumptions Analysis on production issues and provide resolution in stipulated time.
