IMTAS is looking for an experienced forward-thinking individual to serve as the BPA Program Manager for the IRS User Network Services Support contract. ? BPA Program Manager (PgM) (Principle) shall be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the BPA, including hosting, coordinating and participating in all BPA Level meetings with IRS. The BPA Program Manager shall be located in a campus location of the IRS. The Contractor BPA Program Manager shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all award matters relating to daily operation. ? Required qualifications: Certification or university degree in IT Program Management and 5 years? experience performing IT Program Management for Government projects or a degree in IT Program Management, or Management with 7 years of IT Program Management Experience. ? Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology (IT) User Network & Services (UNS) supplies and maintains all deskside (including phone) technology, provides workstation software standardization and security management, inventories data- processing equipment, conducts annual certification of assets, provides IT Service Desk?s the single point of contact for reporting IT issues, and provides services for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
