Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Clients financial records, and maintaining accurate accounts. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in our service operations, providing support to our service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and provide regular financial reports to Client and management.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and control expenses, including expense report processing and reimbursement..
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ) and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel) to manage financial information efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
