We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Clients financial records, and maintaining accurate accounts. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in our service operations, providing support to our service department.
Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and provide regular financial reports to Client and management.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and control expenses, including expense report processing and reimbursement..
Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ) and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel) to manage financial information efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
