The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) department is hiring a full-time/part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor to work with children in our ABA, HBTS, and PASS programs. Our clients are diagnosed with autism and/or have special learning needs. As a BCBA, you will be part of our team of experienced and creative professionals, providing clinical oversight and supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children ages of 3 -21.

Qualifications
Candidates must have BCBA certification and RI licensure (or ability to obtain RI licensure within a 3-month period). LICSW and LCSW should apply if you have extensive experience working directly with children utilizing ABA teaching methodologies.
Excellent writing and documentation skills, behavior assessment and skill assessment experience. Knowledge of practical functional assessment, skill-based treatment, and trauma assumed care preferred. Strong emphasis on individual choice for clients and experience creating and promoting joy for clients is needed.
