Job Title: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 75,000-85,000 annually

Grow with us! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. True North Therapies PLLC is a BCBA and Veteran Owned establishment founded in 2024, opening its doors in March 2025 to the South Fort Worth community and its surrounding areas. The owners are on site daily and offer continuous support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis, great interpersonal and communication skills and exudes a passion for working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Work under ongoing supervision from Clinical Director
  • Training and managing RBTs on your team
  • Maintain and support positive workplace environment
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs within the BACB standards
  • Model skills for staff and families
  • Conduct a variety of assessments to identify client needs and to develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Implement evidenced based practices that are based on ABA principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary practitioners for comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records including daily SOAP notes
  • Maintain billable hours as appropriate by caseload and as determined goal set for the caseload by managing a weekly supervision schedule to ensure adequate amounts of supervision for each client and team member
  • Analyze client progress and update programs and protocols weekly
  • Perform and implement weekly parent training meetings and document on parent goals
  • Supervise graduate level supervisees across treatment settings
  • Insurance correspondence and documentation
  • Safety management
  • Demonstrate competence of ABA techniques with regular competency assessments and feedback sessions with Clinical Director.
  • Communicate efficiently and within scope of practice with families and caregivers.
  • Attend daily team meetings and quarterly in-services.
  • Maintain BACB certifications and CAQH account
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification from the BACB – in good standing
  • Licensed in the state of Texas (LBA)
  • Masters Degree
  • Management experience
  • Experience providing clinical supervision
