Each child's therapy plan is different. Our BCBAs determine therapy needs and individualize all programs. TFSC is owned by an Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist and believes in learning through play. We have on-site Speech and OT, so collaboration is a trademark of our facility.

BCBA duties include behavior consultation (case review, observations, data

collection, progress monitoring), coaching/mentoring staff, direct weekly services to clients, professional development, and evaluation requests (conducting functional behavior assessments, writing behavior intervention plans, completing preference and reinforcer assessments), training RBTs, and collaborating with OT and speech.
