What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
- Collaborate closely with families to support meaningful outcomes
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
- Collaborate within a team-driven model promoting consistency and therapeutic success
Schedule & Caseload
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Standard daytime hours
- 40-hour workweek expected
- Minimum of 30 billable hours weekly (primarily CPT 97155)

What You’ll Bring
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst®)
