Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Siza-Buso Consulting located in Iowa. The role will involve conducting behavior analysis, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, providing parent education, utilizing psychology principles, and managing behavior in various settings.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Psychology
• Behavior Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
