Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Carelinks ABA. The role is located in Des Moines, IA, with the possibility of some remote work. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, parent education, psychology, and behavior management.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Parent Education and Psychology knowledge
• Experience in Behavior Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
