👩‍⚕️ What You'll Be Doing in North Carolina (Besides Changing Lives)

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and build personalized treatment plans
• Provide fun, play-based ABA therapy in our BRAND NEW clinic in Charlotte
• Mentor and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure amazing outcomes
• Collect and analyze data (yes, the nerdy stuff matters too 😉)
• Join team meetings and enjoy ongoing professional development
  
  

📝 What You'll Need

✔️ BCBA Certification

✔️ North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification

✔️ Experience working with kiddos with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
