Job Description
The Behavior Analyst provides behavior analytic services in the form of consultation and technical assistance to consumers with cognitive and developmental needs. The Behavior Analyst provides clinical supervision and consultation for all staff in the area of applied behavior analysis. The Behavior Analyst assists in systematically evaluating the consistent implementation of behavior support plans through personal observation, staff interviews, and review of documentation. He/she works with Registered Behavior Technicians, other service providers, caregivers, and family members to ensure proper program implementation. The Behavior Analyst assists in providing professional development of Behavioral Technicians.
Essential Job Functions
Comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develops written reports of the results of such assessments and treatment recommendations
Develops or assists in the development of positive behavior support plans
Develops or assists in the development of skill acquisition plans
Systematically evaluates the consistent development and implementation of positive behavior support plans through direct observations, consumer and staff interviews, review of documentation, and data collection and analysis
Develops and assists in caregiver and staff training on skill acquisition plans and positive behavior support programs
Provide direct therapy to clients as needed
Ensure that the department is organized and ran following the vision of the company
Analyze graphs regularly and make program-based decisions based on data

Must possess a master’s degree and a current BCBA certification. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Candidate must be able to work with a child/family team, problem-solve and be creative, dependable, and organized.
