The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide staff training, and collaborate with educators and families to support students with behavioral and learning challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong commitment to improving student outcomes. Qualifications: * Current BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * Teaching certification preferred * Experience with school-based ABA interventions and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. * Strong understanding of IDEA and the IEP process. * ?Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
