The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide staff training, and collaborate with educators and families to support students with behavioral and learning challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong commitment to improving student outcomes. Qualifications: * Current BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * Teaching certification preferred * Experience with school-based ABA interventions and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. * Strong understanding of IDEA and the IEP process. * ?Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs. * Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven analysis. * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate ABA strategies into classroom settings. * Train and support school staff on behavior management techniques and the implementation of BIPs. * Monitor student progress, adjust intervention strategies, and maintain accurate documentation. * Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans. * Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies. Skills & Competencies: * Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Expertise in positive behavior support and crisis intervention strategies. * Ability to train staff effectively on ABA principles and behavior strategies. * Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
