We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Design Engineer to be part of an innovative team, working on a high-profile Datacentre project. This is an exciting chance to contribute to major infrastructure while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) for a major Datacentre project.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and project teams to develop BMS and EPMS specifications.
  • Design, validate, and commission software and graphical solutions for critical systems, including electrical and mechanical plants.
  • Play a pivotal role in delivering complex control schemes, such as air conditioning, power quality, cybersecurity systems, and more.


Some of the control schemes you'll work on:

  • Complex Air Plant and Conditioning Solutions
  • Resilient Chilled Water Systems
  • Fire/Smoke Systems
  • Redundant IT Systems encompassing IoT Cybersecurity and Database
  • High Voltage and Low Voltage Systems Incorporating Diesel Generators, Switchboards, Uninterruptable Power Supplies
  • Power Quality and Metering Applications
  • Lighting
  • Security


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering BMS solutions on Datacentre projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Niagara N4 and experience with Triduum Jace products.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Ability to design, adapt, and manage system software and graphical interfaces.
  • Knowledge of open protocols and energy management systems.
  • Experience with EPS (desirable but not essential).
