Summary
Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements and optimize service delivery.
Implement core Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and the Service Console to streamline support operations.
Develop and integrate intelligent chatbots (Einstein Bots or similar platforms) to automate customer interactions and enhance self-service capabilities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product, to identify opportunities for automation and drive performance improvements within Service Cloud.
Design and create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated flows to provide valuable insights into service performance and optimize :
5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with a significant focus.
3+ years of dedicated experience specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong and demonstrable experience in developing and integrating chatbots (preferably Einstein Bots or similar AI powered platforms).
Deep and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce security best practices.
Mandatory : Possess a current and valid Salesforce Service Cloud Skills :
Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
Experience with Service Cloud Voice or other telephony integrations.
Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to customer service.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
