Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements and optimize service delivery.
  • Implement core Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and the Service Console to streamline support operations.
  • Develop and integrate intelligent chatbots (Einstein Bots or similar platforms) to automate customer interactions and enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product, to identify opportunities for automation and drive performance improvements within Service Cloud.
  • Design and create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated flows to provide valuable insights into service performance and optimize :
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with a significant focus.
  • 3+ years of dedicated experience specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience in developing and integrating chatbots (preferably Einstein Bots or similar AI powered platforms).
  • Deep and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce security best practices.
  • Mandatory : Possess a current and valid Salesforce Service Cloud Skills :
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice or other telephony integrations.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to customer service.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
