About The Role

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in ABAP development, who can actively contribute to both implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core ABAP concepts, OOPS principles, and SAP integration techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation and support projects (minimum 4 engagements, excluding internal or client POCs and pilots).
• Develop and deliver RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, and Workflows.
• Apply strong understanding of ABAP OOPS concepts to design and develop solutions.
• Design and expose CDS Views as OData APIs, with in-depth knowledge of Annotations, Associations, and Joins.
• Perform hands-on development using core ABAP tools: SE80, SE24, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
• Work with APIs, Webservices, and OData for system integrations, including SAP Cloud Solutions.
• Configure standard SAP Workflows and develop custom Workflows, including:
• Flexible Workflows using Business Objects and Classes.
• Workflow configuration for standard transactions.
• Workflow troubleshooting using diagnosis and event tracing tools.
• Workflow administration, event linkages, notifications, agent determination, and deadline monitoring.
• Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.
• Collaborate effectively with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 4 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong foundation in core ABAP and ABAP OOPS principles.
• Proven experience in developing RICEFW objects.
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views and OData service exposure.
• Good knowledge of APIs, Webservices, and SAP Cloud integrations.
• Expertise in SAP Workflow development and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in HANA ABAP.
• Experience in HR ABAP.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
