Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or other degrees);
• 5+ years in IT or relevant experience, 2+ years in smart contract development
• Expertise in key smart contracting languages: Rust (MUST HAVE), Solidity, Solana among others.
• Understanding of fundamental blockchain principles

• Architecture and design of distributed protocols with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability
• Develop and own best practices for protocol upgrades and versioning across different networks
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design on the user-facing applications built around our smart contract protocols
• Mentor other engineers in in-depth Stellar, Solana, Solidity/EVM and Rust topics and best practices

• Write, deploy, and test smart contracts and maintain them in production
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation for smart contracts, including code comments, user guides, and API documentation

• Incorporate risk management, quality, security, privacy and safety into smart contract development activities
