As the Blockchain Community Manager/Analyst, you will oversee TRON’s global community management operations while also taking a lead role in analyzing potential partners, projects, and strategic opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem. You will manage a team of community managers and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a vibrant, informed, and strategically connected community.

Key Responsibilities

Community Strategy & Oversight

• Lead and manage the community team across all major platforms including Discord, Telegram, Reddit, the TRON DAO Forum, and X.
• Define and drive TRON’s global community strategy, ensuring high engagement, organic growth, and alignment with TRON’s vision.
• Guide and mentor community managers, providing strategic direction and operational support.
• Design and oversee execution of online events, AMAs, competitions, and campaigns to engage the community.

Ecosystem Research & Analysis

• Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partners, projects, and contributors to determine alignment with TRON’s long-term goals.
• Conduct due diligence on new projects, communities, and influencers to assess quality, relevance, and impact.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor ecosystems, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space.
• Compile detailed reports and insights for internal teams to inform partnership and integration strategies.

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Act as a liaison between TRON and external partners, maintaining strong relationships with builders, creators, and community leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to coordinate announcements, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
• Engage with key influencers, ambassadors, and potential collaborators to expand TRON’s reach and visibility.
• Represent TRON DAO in ecosystem calls, events, or community forums when needed.

Cross-Platform Coordination & Communication

• Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely messaging across all platforms and channels.
• Monitor sentiment and emerging issues across the ecosystem, escalating concerns and feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to align messaging, branding, and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: 3-5+ years in community management, ecosystem development, or partnerships within blockchain, crypto, or tech sectors.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams, preferably in community or marketing-related functions.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong research and evaluation skills; ability to analyze trends, project viability, and community health.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Relationship-Building: Strong networking abilities with experience in partner relations or business development.
• Blockchain Fluency: In-depth knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs; understanding of TRON is a plus.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficient with Discord, Telegram, Reddit, X, forum platforms, and community management tools.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify high-impact opportunities and align them with broader organizational goals.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.
