BrightVine is looking for a Blackbaud CRM Implementation Consultant to join our growing team of experts delivering high-impact tech solutions to the nonprofit sector.

If you’re experienced with Blackbaud CRM, detail-obsessed, and passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations, this one's for you.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Implement Blackbaud CRM solutions for nonprofit clients

• Gather and document business and system requirements

• Configure CRM modules based on client needs

• Assist with documentation, testing, and data validation

• Facilitate user training and create support materials

• Share knowledge through internal resources or blog posts

🎯 What You Bring:

✅ Hands-on Blackbaud CRM™ experience (required)

✅ Strong grasp of nonprofit fundraising and data operations

✅ Ability to turn complex requirements into clear solutions

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Consulting or client-facing experience preferred

✅ Familiarity with other CRMs (Salesforce NPSP, RE NXT, etc.) is a plus

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks
