Tasks:

Drive transformation and Continuous improvement projects through Lean Six Sigma Implementation .

• Manage Excellence roll-out for Supply Chain projects
• Project management of Excellence initiatives and projects.
• Coach managers and teams in different functions and locations.
• Collaborate with other initiatives (e.g., DIDEX).
• Identify new potential Excellence initiatives thru VSM, GEMBA and Kaizen workshops.
• Perform and oversee lean analysis.
• Share experience with global Excellence team, ensure cross-locational learning and best practices.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Successful transformation of assigned site(s) to Excellence culture.
• Responsible for local Excellence communication
• Execution of excellence initiatives on time, in scope and in budget
• Drive continuous improvement culture within the organisation
• Lead adoption of global best practices in the functions
• Utilization of Excellence tools for improvements across the functions within the value streams and their services
• Participation in relevant functional / management meetings
• Functional leadership of project teams / Green belts
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in any discipline
• Prior certification in Lean/Six Sigma/Shingo/Continuous Improvement is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of business experience in one or more of the relevant areas (Manufacturing, operations, Supply chain, Project management, commercial).
• Strong team player and networker; ability to work at all levels across the organization: Must be able to effectively lead or influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Must have the passion to learn how to buy in others, how to facilitate a team, how to present.
• Passion for improvement and strong bias for action and results orientation.
• Remarkable analytical skills, eager to learn how to apply new tools, methodologies.
• Natural leader who actively listens to others and values others’ opinions.
• High customer orientated, passionate, highly motivated and result-oriented.
