Here are things you will get to do as a Bindery Operator Team Member: Run and maintain machines that cut, fold, glue printed material. Read work orders and sets machine in accordance with job specifications. Adjusts machinery as needed prior to starting the project. Ensures that binding machines are in proper working order. Sends completed orders to shipping department. Performs other related duties as assigned (cleaning, organizing, stocking, ordering supplies etc.) Quality control Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent diploma Previous bindery operator experience, highly preferred, but will train the right person! Excellent mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to lift 50+/- lbs.
