Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bindery role located in Akron, OH. The Bindery role will involve day-to-day tasks related to finishing printed materials, such as folding, cutting, saddle stitching, perfect binding, and packaging. The Bindery operator will ensure the production of high-quality printed materials within specified deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in bindery operations, folding, cutting, binding, and packaging
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of printing processes and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant technical training or certification in bindery operations is a plus
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and equipment operation
