BIM Software Sales Engineer

Position Overview
As a BIM Software Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling advanced BIM software solutions. This role involves client interaction, product demonstration, and relationship management to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate BIM software products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Track sales leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s client base.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements with clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
Organize and conduct client training sessions and software demonstrations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to better position the company’s solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred: Environmental Engineering or related disciplines).
At least 2 years of experience in sales or implementation of CAD or BIM software.
Strong understanding of BIM solutions and their practical applications in design and construction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Fluency in English including knowledge of technical (MEP and HVAC) terminology
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
