Could you be the full-time BIM Modeler in Ortigas, Philippines we’re looking for?


Your future role (Responsibilities):

  • Read and analyze the installation drawings coming from the civil work partner / contractor
  • Responsible for authoring models and producing CADs from the model or directly out of a BIM context for design integration or wayside subsystem installation purpose and complete a civil work drawings
  • Able to execute system specific internal design coordination, clash detection or volume clearance checking
  • Able to follow instruction coming from the contract and the BIM execution plan or the CAD manual
  • Able to work using the CDE environment related to project and to understand the CDE codification and processes
  • Assist the wayside engineer in the checking of the deliverables as part of the subsystem/system technical validation
  • To create parametric model families using revit for E&M scope
  • To Create and produce CAD and BIM sheeting for IFC submission
  • Can perform generative process, work as a model scripter is an advantage


All about you (Qualifications):

  • Industry knowledge in multiple project disciplines, as civil and railway mechanical design.
  • 3-5 years of experience in design drafting or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modeling & CAD drawings.
  • A good knowledge of BIM concepts, BIM delivery methods and BIM uses.
  • Thorough familiarity with all BIM contract requirements.
  • A good knowledge of the EDMS, GIS, BIM technologies (Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise, Synchro pro, 2D or 3D CAD, CATIA).
  • A good knowledge of MS-Office technologies.
  • Good communication skills.
