BIM Modeler Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for a variety of engineering projects Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models align with design specifications and construction requirements Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve potential conflicts in the design Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, tools and industry best practices Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the company's BIM standards and processes What we're looking for Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience Accepts fresh graduate with Revit knowledge Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other related tools Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials and engineering principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality BIM models Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design conflicts Willing to relocate Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Health insurance Promotion to permanent employee Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: BIM Modeler: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
