Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models and producing 2D, 3D, 4D deliverables for building construction projects Create sample library Any ad-hoc tasks as supervisor assigned Requirements: Certificate / Diploma or above in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines Holder of BIM Design Certificate is a must At least 2 years solid experience in BIM modeling for building construction or civil engineering projects Proficient in using BIM software, such as Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD, etc. Be responsible, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to learn Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
