Responsibilities: Development of BIM consultancy Build and lead BIM team to serve internal/ external client BIM project management and coordination including BIM manpower resources deployment for projects Ensure the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent CIC certified BIM manager; Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry in which at least 5 years in managerial level in a BIM team Good knowledge of BIM software, e.g. Revit, Naviswork, 3dMax, ArchiCAD, Bentley, Civil3D. Conversant with BIM language and know how to integrate with Navisworks, Fuzor, Enscape, ETABS, SADS, CDE etc. including but not limited to Revit or Tekla.
