Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, ensuring efficient design workflows, coordination, and model management. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and a strategic approach to BIM implementation across projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage BIM processes, standards, and workflows across multiple projects.
  • Develop and enforce BIM protocols, templates, and best practices to maintain consistency.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to optimize BIM coordination and clash detection.
  • Lead BIM execution planning, ensuring project requirements align with company standards.
  • Train and mentor design teams on BIM software and workflows.
  • Manage AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of BIM models to maintain data integrity.
  • Support construction teams with accurate BIM data for on-site execution.
  • Research and implement emerging BIM technologies to enhance project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive BIM initiatives.



Qualifications & Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a must.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection tools.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating BIM models.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650, LOD, and COBie is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members in BIM best practices.
  • Familiarity with common data environments (CDEs) and cloud-based collaboration tools.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Dynamo, Python, or other automation tools for BIM workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of point cloud processing and reality capture is a plus.
