Lead BIM Architect and BIM Architects

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revit Architects to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in architectural project coordination through BIM and are a Revit expert with leadership capabilities, this could be an opportunity for you.

Qualification for BIM Architects

✅ Must be bachelor’s degree in architecture

✅ Minimum of 8 years relevant architectural experience

✅ 7+ years of hands-on Revit Architecture experience

✅ Proven leadership in BIM model management throughout all project stages

✅ Deep understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and collaboration processes

✅ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualification for Lead BIM Architect

✅ Must be bachelor’s degree in architecture

✅ Minimum of 6 years relevant architectural experience

✅ Specialization in BIM (Revit Architecture) with at least six (6) years of hands-on Revit experience in architectural projects

✅ In-depth understanding of BIM workflows, processes, and collaboration methodologies

✅ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

🔹 Experience with UAE projects is a plus

🔹 Exposure to hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use, and residential projects

🔹 High level of accuracy in BIM modeling and documentation

🔹 Ability to lead and manage BIM processes for large-scale projects

🔹 Skilled in overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resource planning

🔹 Must have a dedicated remote workspace

🔹 Willingness to actively participate in virtual coordination meetings

🔹 Preferred Location: NCR, CALABARZON, or areas near Metro Manila.
