Responsibilities:
- Support billing operations processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations for Media and Business.
- Calculate and manually adjust invoices or billing entries in line with established procedures, maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Assist in identifying and recommending opportunities to improve existing billing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, Product Management, Engineering (Product, CRM, IT Corp, and FinTech), and Customer Support, to address billing needs and operational challenges.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining billing workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating updates and milestones.
- Track and report on key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist in preparing detailed reports on billing operations for internal review.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in billing operations, finance, or a related field; technical experience is a plus.
- Experience in B2B or media sales billing is a plus.
- Familiarity with billing systems and software; proficiency in GSuite and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with guidance, and implement changes effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning and growing within billing operations and process optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary: $72,000 - $90,000
