Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • UX Strategy & Research :
  • Define and implement UX strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to gather insights.
  • Analyze user behavior using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Information Architecture & Interaction Design :
  • Develop and maintain information architecture (IA) to structure content logically.
  • Design intuitive navigation systems, workflows, and interaction patterns for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  • Design Collaboration & Execution :
  • Work closely with Designers, Developers, and Technical Lead to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and mobile-first UX best practices.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Documentation & Best Practices :
  • Develop and maintain UX documentation, guidelines, and best practices for cross-team reference.
  • Educate and mentor junior designers on UX principles, methodologies, and tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Education :

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or UX architecture.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and user research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

Good To Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with design systems and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles.
