Responsabilités Principales
- Fournir une assistance technique aux utilisateurs par téléphone et autres canaux de communication
- Enregistrer et suivre les demandes des clients à l’aide d’une base de gestion des incidents, en maintenant une documentation détaillée
- Identifier, évaluer et prioriser les problèmes des clients pour assurer une résolution rapide et efficace
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels/logiciels, en escaladant les incidents plus complexes si nécessaire
- Assister les clients dans la programmation des véhicules et le dépannage des systèmes IT
- Suivre les processus d’escalade établis et développer des solutions de suivi pour les problèmes non résolus
- Assurer un service client de haute qualité grâce à une communication rapide et professionnelle
Exigences Obligatoires
- Nationalité/Résidence : Poste ouvert aux citoyens américains et aux détenteurs d’une carte verte uniquement
- Compétences linguistiques : Bilingue en anglais et français (le français canadien est un atout)
- Éducation : Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (GED)
- Expérience :
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en support technique IT
- Bonne maîtrise du matériel informatique, des réseaux et du dépannage logiciel
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et réparer les composants matériels et réseau des PC
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en travail d'équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation
- Engagement fort envers la ponctualité et l’assiduité
- Horaires de travail :
- Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires de jour et de soir, y compris certains samedis
Qualifications Préférées
- Connaissance des infrastructures IT LAN/WAN
- Expérience en informatique ou systèmes automobiles
- Certifications telles que CompTIA A+
- Familiarité avec Windows OS et Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels
- Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems as needed
- Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting
- Follow established escalation processes and develop follow-up steps for unresolved issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication
Mandatory Requirements
- Citizenship/Residency: Open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and French (Canadian French) is mandatory. Candidates must be having both language´s fluency to be considered
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience:
- 2+ years of IT technical support experience
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware and network components
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to attendance and reliability
- Work Schedule:
- Ability to work first and second shifts, including occasional Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure
- Experience in IT or automotive systems
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
