We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior PHP Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing software applications using PHP and a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences. As a PHP Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the CRM applications using PHP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure quality and identify and fix bugs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our CRM applications are current and competitive.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development using PHP.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.

- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bilingual in French
