Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technical sales and business development. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Duties Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market demands. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a technical or business development environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively. Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales techniques. Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
