• Review calls, emails, and internal processes for quality and compliance.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Support the implementation of QA best practices.

• Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in QA or compliance roles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
