Location:
- Downtown, Milwaukee (100% on-site)
Description
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Answer and greet customers at door
- Scan various files into computer system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting families in person from time to time
- Monitor schedules and conference room time blocks to make sure operation runs smoothly
- Perform general office upkeep responsibilities including taking out the trash, loading and unloading the dishwasher, etc.
Required Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Ability to work on a computer (double monitor) and take phone calls (30 calls per day)
- Ability to communicate with various types of people - families in need, multi-million dollar stakeholders, internal teams, etc.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with Google Drive
- Promote family friendly/encouraging environment
- Display empathy servant leadership
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
