What You’ll Do

The Bilingual Leasing & Property Management Assistant will assist our management and rental department team as needed, to ensure that properties are maintained and operated on a level that meets the company’s objective and provides quality service.

Your Job Will Include

  • The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, efficient property management, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner (via phone, email, fax etc.)
  • Respond to leasing inquiries, screen applicants and show apartments if necessary.
  • Assist with lease applications, background checks, and lease preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and tenant account billing.
  • Maintain open communication with all property and regional staff.
  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.

Experience & Skills You Need

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
  • Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must.
  • 1+ year of office or customer service experience.
  • Highly refined verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner/positive attitude is a must.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MRI, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment/adaptable team player.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Compensation/Benefits: In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.

Pay: Starting salary is $45,000.00. Advancement opportunity based on performance

Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
