What you will Do:

  • Manage the Sales Cycle: From initial contact to closing, I handle inbound and outbound sales, working to meet performance targets and providing valuable market insights to improve strategies.
  • Engage with Customers: I build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting core products and services and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • High-Volume Sales: I proactively engage with customers through daily calls, chats, and in-person visits to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Expand Market Reach: I stay ahead of industry trends, actively seeking opportunities to grow market share while promoting exclusive product offerings.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: I own the order process to ensure timely and accurate service, while maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients.
