Partners Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned and fast-growing commercial janitorial company serving Austin and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, team members, and vendors in both English and Spanish
• Provide hospitality to guests (offering snacks, drinks, etc.)
• Answer general questions and direct people to the appropriate contacts
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of front desk and shared spaces
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Place orders, track, and restock office supplies and snacks as needed
• Receive and organize scheduled deliveries
• Assist with preparing new hire materials (e.g., badges, welcome kits)
• Print and assemble internal materials or tenant packets

Other:

• Support general office operations (cleaning schedules, vendor coordination, etc.)
• Maintain basic information systems (guest Wi-Fi info, contacts, etc.)
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Friendly, approachable, and highly organized
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with basic office tech (email, spreadsheets, printers, Google office, etc.)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or customer-facing role
