Workplace Arrangements

This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, 3-5 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate all communication and training sessions for Franchisee Development Programs (TDP & FIT) including monitoring the group email inbox, responding or redirecting messages as required.
  • Conduct on-boarding sessions at Home Office for new FITs hired.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide updates on a bi-weekly basis. Maintain up to date training trackers for all participants (TDP & FIT).
  • Produce results from training session surveys (done by participants) and share with stakeholders accordingly.
  • Review and reformat translated content as needed.
  • Update all FDP (TDP & FIT) participant folders to ensure set up with the necessary tools for the respective program.
  • Coordinate all expenses related to training, on boarding and moving for Franchisee Development Programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Highschool diploma
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business practices
  • Advanced computer skills that include Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle to attend store visits

Assets

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (Business, Communications, Administration, HR, Learning and Development)
  • Retail or corporate working experience
