Summary

Looking for someone 30 hours week (benefits eligible) to support client language needs (Spanish) and Early Intervention programming to ensure smooth, high-quality operations within the organization. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, record management, and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing materials and logistics for meetings and trainings.
  • Provide reception support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.

Program & Client Support

  • Assist in organizing and supporting child group activities.
  • Help coordinate outreach efforts to Spanish-speaking families.
  • Support communication between families and service providers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Engage in classroom activities to support child development and IFSP outcomes.
  • Provide coverage as needed in teacher assistant and Front Desk Reception roles.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist co-workers as needed.
  • Foundational understanding of child development
  • Experience in an administrative or interpretation role is a plus
