IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Support Representative who can speak English and German to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career level and REMOTE (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.
JOB DUTIES:
1) Customer/technical support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
2) Relevant troubleshooting and escalation.
3) Relevant administrative and coordinative work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Excellent fluency in the English and German languages (German Natives will be preferred).
2) At least six months of customer/technical support experience.
3) At least six months of experience with an email ticketing platform (tested on this).
4) Some sort of experience with any CRM platform (Zendesk or SalesForce preferred).
5) Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS:
1) Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
2) A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise-canceling one).
3) Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB RAM).
4) Power and internet backup (if needed).
SCHEDULE and AVAILABILITY: Part time and Full time shifts available (Monday to Friday)
