Customer service representative position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Querétaro. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital contributing to handle a variety of incoming customer calls and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
• 1 year related experience, in quotes and customer service.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communicationskills
• Possesses the ability to oversee multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.
• May require advances problem solvingskills
• SAP,Excel
• English advanced

Your contribution

May respond to email inquiries. Calls are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

• Oversees situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
• Coordinates with a wide variety of functions within the company and provides liaison with customers during post delivery times.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• May assess needs and suggest/ promote alternative products or services.
• Customer service is a primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
• Obtain Request for Quotation (RFQ) specifics when the sales team is unavailable, including gathering missing details or clarifications.
• Investigate problems, shortages, or discrepancies in customer orders. Identify what went wrong and hand off necessary details to the invoicing team for further processing.
