Salary: $16.63 to $19.25 hourly

Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
• Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to manage and analyze customer data.
• Prepare and submit requests for information using automated systems.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
• Handle general clerical tasks such as faxing and document management.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while managing customer interactions.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned to support departmental goals.
  
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with business software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and performing indoor office tasks.
