Summary

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in Spanish or French to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide information, and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed
  • Retrieve and input information using internal databases
  • Follow detailed instructions and protocols
  • Provide accurate information with patience, empathy, and tact
  • Use multiple systems (Windows, DOS, Mainframe) to support customer interactions


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Fluent in Spanish or French (bilingual required)
  • Proficient in Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, computer-based environments
