TempExperts is seeking an English/Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a government organization in Tampa, FL. This is an immediate hire opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:
Process inbound calls from potential applicants in need of social services.
Answer questions about programs, application processes, document requirements, etc.
Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
1-3 years previous experience in an administrative/customer service industry.
Work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high-volume of inbound calls.
Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask between incoming calls and logging notes/orders.
Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
Demonstrate compassion and patience, making callers the primary focus.
