Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Management
● Develop distribution channels for cement and related building materials in the U.S. market (West Coast preferred)
● Establish and maintain relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and building materials retailers
● Participate in and plan local marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
Warehouse Management & Operations
● Assist in setting up and managing local warehouse operations
● Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and distribution scheduling
● Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures to ensure logistics efficiency and cargo safety
Team Building
● Participate in the recruitment and management of sales and warehouse operations teams based on business growth
● Develop training and management standards to enhance team execution
Client Relations & After-Sales Support
● Regularly visit key clients to gather market feedback and optimize products and services
● Handle customer complaints and after-sales follow-up to improve customer satisfaction
Business Analysis & Reporting
● Collect sales data, analyze business performance, and provide optimization suggestions
● Report regularly to headquarters in China on market trends, competitor activities, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
● Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
● 3+ years of experience in sales or operations management in cement, building materials, construction materials, or heavy industry products
● Familiarity with the U.S. building materials distribution network and customer structure
● Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration experience between China and the U.S.
● Prior experience in warehouse operations or management is a plus
● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle business development and execution responsibilities
