Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator Job Profile

Overview

Hero Practice Services is seeking a Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls of non-English speaking patients to appointments through a high-quality and compassionate educational experience in support of our patients’ overall health.

Responsibilities

  • Appropriately schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party
  • Effectively translate conversation and documents in English and a foreign language
  • Resolve customer support problems
  • Coordinate patient flow by keeping the appointment schedule organized and full

Qualifications

  • Hold a High School diploma or GED
  • Type 30 words per minute minimum
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Have one year of customer service experience, preferably at a call center
